Yesterday there were four MMs with identical asks all the way to four decimal digits. 

Two questions: 

1. When that happens, whose shares get bought if someone buys at the ask? which MM is first in line to sell?

2. If they are so precisely at the same ask, does it indicate any kind of collusion?
