Don't disagree with that logic, in Tranche 1 there were material changes to the PSA (delays) and the NR was issued. In this situation the delay at the moment isn't material, I believe the amount of $13M is the driver of being material and if received already, it should be reported. The Q3 balance sheet showed total assets of $4M (excluding non-current assets held for sale). We know they subsequently received $8M but that for all intents and purposes retired a bunch of debt. I'm not looking for a NR immediately but I think it's fair to expect a NR sometime in January to either report receipt or a delay in receipt of funds.
