That escrow account is expected to be held by our attorneys in Singapore, Bird & Bird, and we’ve already shared the terms and the escrow agreement with DL Shanghai. The terms call for those shares to be transferred to DL Shanghai at the time the full balance owed to POET is paid.

So again. I dont think any shares are transferred with the second payment. Just how I interpret it. If I am mistaken please except my apologies
