I am not sure if it is totally off topic, the Chinese consortium is going to build a plant in China to supposedly handle Poets/Denselights OI parts and some people were asking a while back how long it would take to build such a plant so I posted this as a reference on what China can do if they decide too, however, if you think it is o/t and needs to be flagged then whatever.
