That's a good point to keep in mind when venting your fustration.

The IR firm is not acting independently or in some conspiratorial manner, nor have they broken any regulatory rules or guidelines.

They are acting under the direction of the CFO, Tom Mika, and the shareholder communication policy he enacted on behalf of the company, with the approval of the board.
