If there are two parties to a contract, they can amend it in any way the see fit if not otherwise illegal. 

To say the very least, these are highly unusual times. It's really difficult to conclude much about any particular company's true worth at this point. 

While I'm getting hammered by the market, a big help is I'm not on margin. To those that are, this is a financial nightmare of the worst kind.
