Personally, I hope that there isn't a mechanism to reprice the warrants. To me, that might suggest that there is not an imminent need for capital.

I realize that the Company has suggested the balance sheet has been significantly strenghtened however, IF this mysterious customer and the related qualification etc etc lead to supposed mass production then a balance sheet can erode quickly by virtue of the working capital requirements to 'ramp up'.

Regrettably, I'm back to IF and not WHEN, which of course could all change once the Company implements its new investor communications efforts.

Don't get me wrong, I've been around long enough and have held my position but I grow weary of the verbage. 

On another note, anybody know what happened to Rich Z. I don't see him featured on the website any longer. Based on his bio, I would have thought he would have hung around.
