Could have been as Turr said, Cheapy, but POETF in the US did nothing.  I'm hoping it was buying based on the thought that we were severely oversold the past week or so.  I believe we were, but let's just say there's often a significant gulf between what I believe and what actually is (assuming anyone can figure out what "is" is these days!).
