Regarding the giddiness,,the part that I am not sure I understand is,, why didn`t the warrants get exercised in a smoking hot stock market prior to  Cov19 and why would they get exercised now with market on the skids and a  possible recession in the future,,, check out the job losses and just a recession may look pretty good in 4 months from now...  I am sure everyone is hoping for some good news, I just don`t think management  talk cuts it anymore...I think the only good news will be Revenue ,,which probably will not happen untill 2021..
