I am surprised that no one has mentioned a complete buyout.  4 months perhaps discussions are on about a complete takeout and they need more time to iron out all the details.  What is it going to cost!    Now saying that I understand we are moving to Allentown so why make the move if we are being enticed to sell the company.  Optics to keep competitors guessing.  Cisco, Intel etc.  have war chests of cash to spend as they feel fit.  If the IO is so disruptive and a cash cow and it works and it can become integrated into many different verticals.  What is 10 20 billion when your sitting on 100 billion in cash.  Perhaps they are worried Poet will eat their lunch.  Do all roads really lead to Poet?  If they do we will be rewarded some day.
