You could well be correct BCD - I think we have seen this before - those who have a trading mindset trying to push the price down ahead of results - and POET has, in the past, released on Friday after the close.  I personally do not like companies doing that - said it before and saying it again.  

This time could be different for the traders though - there is no way to guess what news could be in the earnings release or colour in the MD&A. Certianly have to think news is coming and the time is running short for those who want to play!
