This might be off topic material and if so forgive me but something that has me wondering and maybe someone here could explain the reason why if you know.

PI Financial buys and sells in weird/odd/small lot numbers, 155, 25, 308, 200, etc. and seem to be doing it in a controlling way, almost seems like it’s intentional to keep the SP at a fixed level.

I don’t know if there is a fundamental reason for this action or what the heck is the motive behind it, just seems very premeditated.
