I think if we read Breeze's post from last month, you'll see this has played out just like he said it would. No news until management's options are distributed, heck they even tamped down the price 2 weeks ago with that "material" Information that never used to be material before, and took the lowest closing price the week after to boot! Textbook play even an amateur like me can decifer.
