Well as the warrants go from my perspective.  Were the warrants not bonus shares that you could convert at a later date because you had participated in an offering of sorts?  So I am not sure why they would be extended other than to help out friends and family program.  I don't know about the rest of you but our family has taken after tax dollars to invest in this company and we have been waiting 8 plus years for a return.  So having warrants extended to allow the price to get to .75 cents seems like a bit of kick in the pants.
