Can't imagine the granting of options held back disclosure of the Tier 1.  

if DL does want out, which I don't believe, that would be awful - what would that say about the commercial viability of the OI.  

Today's lovely stock action seems as though one person or entity wanted out for whatever reason.  I base that on the volume which was strong for a couple of hours then evaporated. If it were based on anything fundamentally bad, the volume would have continued throughout the trading session.
