Point 1 is interesting oz4m2. Someone seemed to allude to the wording of the press release wherein POET spoke of a "Mutually agreeable" outcome as sinister in some way. Of course not so sinister when we consider penalties are involved for late payment. Then the purchaser may be looking for us (POET) to forego some of the penalties perhaps in light of it being a government stall?
