FJ, glad you're not worked up, let several of the rest of us take care of that!

After the second tranche was received, I felt over 95% certain that the deal would be completed.  But now, I lower that to 90%. So, I'm still overwhelmingly positive it will "close," but just don't buy the Covid/delay story.

If whatever that news is, is imminent, then indeed, it likely won't be telegraphed by market activity.  Happens all the time, but I'm used to some significant volume and price rumblings prior to release of market moving news (for just about any stock).  I will be really pleased (and surprised) with their ability to keep it under their hats if it turns out that way.
