this is how I recall the payments for denslight

1. We were supposed to $35 million

2. Payment reduced to $33 million

3. It would not be paid all at once but in instalments

4. At least two of the payments were delayed

5. Finally the buyers stiffed Poet for $2.5 million.

6. Seems to me the buyers stiffed us all along.

In the end the buyers played us for chumps. If anyone sees it differently please correct me.
