Sanan has it's own well established supply lines, and tells POET that they don't require components from DL.

To keep peace in the valley POET urges Sanan to take a stake in DL, which they consider - but ultimitely decline.

Jilted and left at the altar, DL refuses to close the deal. POET take's a $2.5 million haircut to save face and moves on.
