Rogue it will be interesting to see Vivek out in front. The fireside chat format is interesting.  
typically it consists of a moderator and a guest in an informal interview format.

It is a much more interesting format than the standard power point presentation. 
I believe that Tom might play the role of the moderator and Vivek the guest. 
If that's the case they have real opportunity to get the message across in laymen's terms to investors.  

- Things like addressing the bandwidth internet issues people have through Data Centers 

- the TSMC analogy vs Sanan was great

- saying things like Tencent and Alibaba are using 100g and 200g transceivers. Oh by the way we are producing and selling 100g and 200g optical engines that go into these types of receivers out of CHINA .

- Vivek how has POET attracted top talent such as yourself ?

- Rockley's platform is nowhere near ours yet they have market cap of 600 million + etc...these guys need to show a bit Elon Musk swagger as was mentioned on this board   

- Takeover ? We don't want it but it could happen at the right price(apologies I'm getting carried away)

- in a nutshell they need to create a compelling reason why someone should invest today
