A brand manager is a cog within a marketing machine. If you want someone whose sole responsibility is to manage the company's brand, you'll need more roles within the marketing department. Put simply, POET isn't quite there yet to need such a role. This would be incorporated within someone's current role. 

You say, "someone dedicated to getting the poet brand out there". I would say they've done a sterling job of getting the brand out there to sign deals with a leading European telecoms company and the $13bn company that is Sanan. 

I am assuming here though, that you want someone to get the brand out there to the investing community. Have you not seen the multiple investment presentations and ads? Struggling to see what more you want. Clearly we all want the SP to be higher. A brand manager won't help us here. Revenue details will.
