Thomas Mika appears to me to have become part of a witch hunt by some board members. To me his sins are minor and given his role is multi faceted he effectively keeps shop, enabling the other principles to focus on turning the wheel of the company's fortunes. Good Presentation is an art form akin to acting and those who are really good at are rare in my experience.
Please consider that The Agoracom POET Board is the go to site for anyone wishing to see what existing shareholders think; that adverse comments about key staff are counter productive and particularly off-putting to would be investors. Surely, any complaint about management should not be made in open forum but by personally raising the matter directly with the company. Where the construction of a complaint would have to be more soundly considered and constructed than the unnecessary loose aside comments made here,
