The .52 warrants were issued with a 5 year life as paper warrants.  So as I understand this they can be passed on without record. So in the right hands we end up with what we see today the large sell orders at .62 which is holding the price down. The question is why?  The answer is likely to enable the short.

The .75 warrants were issued with a 2 year life and were a different beast. They are not transferable. They were put in place under TM’s watch.
