We heard this term coming right from Vivek in his interview, I believe he's on the BOD of Inorganic Intelligence which of course is run but one of our BOD members (David Lazofsky). Doesn't take a nuclear physicist to figure this out, go to the Inorganic Intelligence website and see the heading "Neuromorphic Photonics"
