Edward Cornejo: 

"Before joining POET, I spent several years working with a large end customer on a CWDM4 module from beginning to end, and one of the biggest challenges we had was scaling."  

Working with this "large end customer" seems to have given Edward a great deal of confidence and credibility in this discussion. 

His last job appears to be the Senior Director of Data Centre Solutions at MACON.  Unless there's another Edward Cornejo working in this field.
