You know what, I would be fine with that, and they could've slipped it in during the AGM, but this special meeting has created unnecessary angst...unless....there really is a reason to uplist soon, which I really can't fathom.

We could get to the TSX very soon I would think, if not immediately since the only restriction I can see is that we'd need $10M in the treasury, which we may have now.

I do believe the company has applied to the TSX for a listing, just from what Tom said yesterday...could be wrong on that.

That should give us all the research and financing options available in this country, and the NASDAQ can come when we don't have to hose shareholders who have been here for nearly a decade supporting this company.

To BiT, it makes no difference, so lets stay on the TSX and grow there without hosing long term shareholders...actually all shareholders because we all pay some bank for these stocks swap adventures...
