Yes, but trading shares on the open market won’t bring any money into POET’s koffers, money that POET needs for growth. This requires a capital raise.

What we need:

• Get on the NASDAQ.
• Get market exposure.
• Let first hitters propel the share price (trading on the open market).
• Then do a capital raise at a much (!) higher share price resp. issuing price, with lower dilution, and with tradable rights for existing shareholders.

Good for the company, good for us, good for management (in their role as shareholders)!
