Voting probably only makes sense if “we” from Europe want to vote against the company's proposal. Those who agree with the authorization for the reverse split do not need to do anything.

Anyway, it is very, very annoying that shareholders have to pay such tremendous amounts of money – resp. pay at all – to execute their voting rights!
