Fairchij: I would expect that capacity out of Super Photonics is likely being planned to reach more like 1,000,000 optical engines per month requiring the processing of 2,100 wafers per month.

The average wafer capacity for a 200mm fab is about 40,000 wafers per month.

Thanks for your calculations, Fairchij! Let’s also take into account that the optical interposer wafers have to be produced by SilTerra first. I checked their website, and they say that their fab has “recently”¹ been expanded to 46,000 wafers per month. This is pretty much in the order of magnitude you mentioned and should be sufficient for the time being.

¹: “Recently” could be something like “soon”, but in the opposite direction of the most common time flow.
