I could not agree more FJ.

The future for POET in achieving its aim to become a world leading company in its field is through uplisting where it will gain access to finacial markets that go far beyond what the retail market can now deliver. 

It's time for us retail venture capitalists to take a reality check and accept this fundental fact of business development.  The future for POET will be based on private commercial funding not retail investors.

 Those retail investors who are not on board  the good ship PTK now have basically missed the boat.  The opportunity to average down or get on board at stowage rates appear to me to have largely gone.
