I'll be voting- as well as my better half- an emphatic yes to the R/S. I thought the rationale laid out was incredibly straight forward and candid, also entirely logical and necessary. We're "moving on up" and we are rapidly evolving as a company. Just look at how the market completely dismissed the initial R/S talk...it speaks to the fact we do this from a relative position of strength rather than the sometimes negative rationale.
Management are on the fast track, this is part of the process, investors will not regret this decision I'm convinced.
