54-40   I'll be voting- as well as my better half- an emphatic yes to the R/S.  I thought the rationale laid out was incredibly straight forward and candid, also entirely logical and necessary.  We're "moving on up" and we are rapidly evolving as a company.  Just look at how the market completely dismissed the initial R/S talk...it speaks to the fact we do this from a relative position of strength rather than the sometimes negative rationale.

It's a no brainer for me as a reverse split (in this case) makes a lot of sense!
