Here's a fun question. Disregarding the current SP and RS, would you rather POET enter the Nasdaq with a:
1. Low float - heavy manipulation ie pump-n-dumps, poop-n-scoops, warrants, etc. Roller coaster of SP.
2. Medium Float - More predictable and stable share prices, better financing terms when they need it.
What is the best case based on your timeframe?
Great, now factor in:
RS required (warrants holding us back)
Why POET needs financing (partnership?)
Ask yourself what PTK management would want? Something a little more predictable to show the bank/institutions/investors? What could they be aiming for?
