Sorry, my statement doesn't make sense. That is because of the size of float duing the 2016 deal. I should have said, the more desperate a company is for money, the worse the deal. That invites the question: does POET need additional financing for them to survive moving into "mass production"?

I was trying to show how easily low float companies can fall victim to bankers. Or how manipulated some stocks can be when they are facing bankruptcy and pump over $1 US only to have it fall again, rinse and repeat. Just an extreme I wanted you to consider.
