To be fair, I should be as it relates to the split.  We don't know when it's coming and this overhang could well affect the ratio.  It's just disappointing no matter how we slice it.  Sure it's temporary but we just passed a move to NASDAQ so the timing isn't irrelevant.  Anyways, I remain optimistic, but this kind of blows at the moment.
