This is puzzling in that there was obviously a rush for the R/S vote, or at least they did not want to wait until the AGM. So, they won't do this, if at all, until the time is right, but there was somewhat of a rush for the vote, so does this mean that they expect the "time to be right" reasonably soon? I hope so!! We don't know about that, or many other things, but time will tell.
