So as per my earlier post re triggering event. It is very conceivable that POET may not uplist to the NASDAQ first.  I actually believe it will probably list on the TSX first. And the first move may well be an IPO of SuperPhotonics of which POET owns 47%. 

There are a lot of moving parts but the main goal is for POET to get a production ramp enabled by in the very near term.
