An interesting theory FJ.  Logical too, with our location and shareholder base.  Scanning the requirements, we fulfill all of them, and I don't see a minimum share price.  Technology companies are categorized differently than industrials and mining etc.

This would be like getting a foot in the door on a more credible exchange in the short term, and potentially tapping into larger Canadian investment houses, and hopefully with news and forecasts, we then join NASDAQ with a more slender consolidation ratio.   I would be a big fan of this strategy.
