Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

LR4 was 4 lanes @ 25G/lane = 100G

This became LR with 1 lane @ 100G

The LR4 that POET is referring to is 4 lanes @ 100G/lane = 400G.

(plus, 4 of these 100s now fit in the space of a single 100)
