Phx80, before we move this thread off topic, here is a simple answer to your question. NeoPhotonics assembles and sells transceivers for ZR applications. Poet does not make transceivers, they make Optical Engines from Optical Interposers at Super Photonics, which are a sub-assembly of transceivers. So, if Poet were to enter the ZR segment at some point, NeoPhontics would become a POET customer, not a competitor.
