Perhaps the sequence of events that you suggest are plausible but I would suggest that a 1 new for 3 old is not quite right. We have been advised that the uplist needs to be sufficient to meet certain thresholds for those institutions they have been meeting with. Presently, 1:3 gives us ~ $3 USD, can't uplist with that value and have it be worthwhile.

What I find interesting is, what will be the valuation used for the capital raise that has been mentioned in conjunction with the uplist relative to the share price that results from the share consolidation when uplisting. TM has mentioned that while it isn't an IPO it will have certain similar characteristics in which case it could very well have SP values that achieve our reasonable expectations.

I would hope that forthcoming design wins and anything else for disclosure will create "when the time is right" for uplisting in the next few months.
