Thanks Royalton, though should clarify that it appears the Venture permits AGM to be held up to 15 months after the previous year's.  Last year's was Aug 26th, so technically the company could hold the AGM as late as Nov 25th this year, though I doubt we'll be waiting quite that long, IMO.
