Others on this forum have previously pointed out that typically, the AGM has already happened by this time. But here in 2021, the AGM is now still almost 2 months away, and "virtual" at that! One would think that being virtual, there would have been no impediment to having the AGM much earlier, especially now that the 2nd Quarter results have been published.

I suggest that the late date is to allow POET to release some news, perhaps of substantial value between now and then! What see ye POET prophets?
