Ask yourself, if we get to November and the share price suddenly dips, and investors think its a result of warrant exercise, what are you going to do?
Sell? I doubt it if you believe in Poets medium to longer term prospects.
Buy? More likely that a lower price point meets increased investor demand as the cause of the dip is well understood.
So, for me, I won't worry about short price gyrations while we await sales and contract news.
