Thats what i think LWLG is VS our 80% substance and 20 % promotion...unfortunately if we dont get some exciting promotion going , our reverse split will be absolutely devistating for us long term shareholders. Especially if they use up that whole 300 million shelf prospectus...which could possibly dillute existing shareholders 50 % at these levels...i hope no one thinks that would be ok.

Lets hope management let this thing actually run when we start anouncing partners and contracts and not let the big boys in for cheap...we have suffered enough ,timre to reap some rewards.
