They will have to decide whether they want to hold off promotion and any juicy developments until either: post- or pre- November warrant expiry.

Either one has their advantages and disadvantages. Do they promote now and eat up all those shares but use up some of their powder? Or do they hold off and let the share price do what it will do until then? 

The bottom line is that the share price needs to be as high as possible for a sustained period of time to maximize current shareholder value. At that time I believe we'll see things really falling into place.
