That may happen but it may also come down to who holds the voting power? This may be an over simplification but I understand that any offer is first presented to the Company ie. the Board of Directors. At that point the Board either rejects the offer or recommends to the shareholders that it represents fair value.

At the end of the day we, the shareholders vote to either accept the offer as recommended by the Board of Directors or we vote to reject the offer. So, I believe it still comes down to a vote. The problem as I see it is the Company probably has the ability to secure enough votes in the event that the Board recommends acceptance, that's where the little retail shareholders get gassed unless the retail block can adequately influence the vote.

Personally, I don't see a low ball or any offer being presented until the Company has achieved much greater industry acceptance vis-a-vis multiple customers, verticals, ramped production and revenue but then again, my and our prediction success rates are only exceeded by our dismal SP
