Mika was in charge of Tegal throughout its decline and eventual pivot into health. He left and joined POET after Tegal's merger with CollabRX, at the time looking like a good deal (in hindsight, it's terrible, but that's another topic).

Tegal, for its part, sold off all of its assets to rivals before eventually merging with CollabRX. Today it is Rennova Health, basically a defunct shell whose rural hospitals are so bad they are called out by a US senator at some point.
