I should add a little bit more to my previous post, as it does give off the impression that Mika was fully responsible for Tegal's decline (every executive takes some responsibility of course, but anyway, to the main story).

Tegal was a company specializing in semiconductor manufacturing equipments. In '08, just before the GFC, Tegal was doing pretty well, swinging from a loss to an annual profit of $18M, after getting a 50% top line growth (to $32M in revenue). Things were looking great, until the GFC hits. The GFC did 2 things to Tegal: 1) Consumer spending dropped sharply, hitting sales of laptops and other electronics that contains semiconductors, which leads to 2) Tegal's customers stopped spending on capex. Tegal was forced to sell assets to save itself, which led to its eventual decline and exit from the semiconductor industry. Down the road, it merged with CollabRX and became a health company, and so on.

All of this can be found on the SEC's database.
