You should probably check before you post. People are on edge enough without throwing that out there. What was approved on Oct 7 was a ratio ranging from 1:2 to 1:10.

 If you do the math the current price is pretty much the bottom for pulling the trigger on a 1:10 to meet a listing that puts POET firmly above $5 USD. So there will have to be something that moves the share price higher before they commit...in my opinion.
